The Forum will begin with two days of pre-conference workshops (a separate fee is required for each workshop, see below), followed by 2 1/2 days of sessions. Also, be sure to join us for the social event Wednesday evening!

Full Conference Registration fees include:

Access to all Conference Sessions Wednesday thru Friday

*Please Note: Those registering as a "Student" MUST present a valid student ID upon registration check-in.

One Day Conference Registration fee includes:

Access only to sessions and meals on either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Please indicate on the registration form which day you plan to attend.

*Please Note: Those registering as a "Student" MUST present a valid student ID upon registration check-in.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Each pre-conference workshop is $150.
If you are not attending the Forum Wednesday - Friday and only want to register for the workshops on Monday or Tuesday, please select the Pre-Conference workshops you are registering to attend and then select the "Pre-Conference Workshops Only" option from the registration Ticket page.
